Domestic Shipping (Within Nepal):

  • We deliver across Nepal.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected areas.

 

International Shipping:

  • We offer worldwide shipping so you can enjoy Nepal Hi Tea wherever you are.

  • International orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on customs and location.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility:
We want you to love your tea! If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Wrong Product:
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at [your support email] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

 

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to food safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened tea products or used items.

Refunds:
Once your return is approved and received, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
